As he recalled, "I had only seen TV in the hardware store window. It was a chance opportunity that opened up when I was a senior, and I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of." This early exposure laid the foundation for his remarkable career.During his time at WMIN-TV, DeRusha quickly showed his enthusiasm and work ethic.
